UPS/FedEx Shipping Integration

The Compounder Rx software can integrate with both UPS World Ship and the FedEx shipping software.  The interface allows both shipping software to pull shipping information (name, address, etc) from The Compounder and then put the tracking number back into The Compounder.

When a customer calls and has questions about their shipment, you can pull up the customer in The Compounder, view their shipments (tracking numbers) and click a hyper-link which will take you to the shipping website.  The website has all the shipping details.

This must be setup between PK Software, the pharmacy and the shipping company.  We must schedule an appointment for all three to be available to do the setup.  Documentation is available for UPS & FedEx shipping personnel so they know how to do the installation.
