Login FAQ:

How can I find my License ID and/or Password?
You can find your original License ID and your Password on your installation disk for The Compounder. You used this License ID and Password to activate your installation.  If you cannot find your License ID or Password you can email PCCA/PK Technical Support or contact us  by calling 1-800-331-2498 - be sure to ask to speak with a PCCA/PK Software representative.  When you contact us, please include the following information:

  • Pharmacy name.
  • Owner's name.
  • Pharmacy complete address.
  • Pharmacy phone number.
  • PCCA account number (if a PCCA member).
  • E-mail address of the person responsible for the software.

How do I create an online account so that I can login?
If you have a licensed installation of The Compounder software with an active support contract then that is all you need to access our support and downloads section. Just login with the original License ID and password you received when you purchased and activated your license for The Compounder.

I get an error when I try to enter my License ID and/or Password?
Your License ID is a number. Only enter numbers in the License ID box. Both the License ID and the Password fields are required, so fill them both in before you try to log in. The Password field is Case Sensitive.

I got a "License Validation Error" - What does this mean?
There are several conditions that must be met in order to validate your license.

  • Your License ID is a number and must match the ID provided on your installation media.
  • Your Password must match the Password provided on your installation media.
  • Your License must be current, not canceled or otherwise void.
  • Your License must be for either The Compounder Rx or The Compounder Lab.
If you are certain that you have confirmed that all of the above criteria have been met and you are still not able to login you can double check your license status with PCCA support.

I get an error that says I've been locked out?
Your account was automatically locked out after several attempts to login with an incorrect password. You will not be able to login to the website as long as your account is locked out so please contact us in order to unlock your account.
