and downloadable content on this website You will need to log in with your PK Software
License ID and password.

How can I find my License ID and/or Password?
You can find your original License ID and your Password on your installation disk
for The Compounder. You used this License ID and Password to activate your installation.
If you cannot find your License ID or Password you can
email PCCA/PK Technical Support or
contact us
by calling 1-800-331-2498 - be sure to ask to speak with a PCCA/PK Software
representative. When you contact us, please include the following information:
- Pharmacy name.
- Owner's name.
- Pharmacy complete address.
- Pharmacy phone number.
- PCCA account number (if a PCCA member).
- E-mail address of the person responsible for the software.
How do I create an online account so that I can login?
If you have a licensed installation of The Compounder software with an active support
contract then that is all you need to access our support and downloads section.
Just login with the original License ID and password you received when you purchased
and activated your license for The Compounder.
I get an error when I try to enter my License ID and/or Password?
Your License ID is a number. Only enter numbers in the License ID box. Both the
License ID and the Password fields are required, so fill them both in before you
try to log in. The Password field is Case Sensitive.
I got a "License Validation Error" - What does this mean?
There are several conditions that must be met in order to validate your license.
- Your License ID is a number and must match the ID provided on your installation
media.
- Your Password must match the Password provided on your installation media.
- Your License must be current, not canceled or otherwise void.
- Your License must be for either The Compounder Rx or The Compounder Lab.
If you are certain that you have confirmed that all of the above criteria have been
met and you are still not able to login you can double check your license status
with
PCCA support.
I get an error that says I've been locked out?
Your account was automatically locked out after several attempts to login with an
incorrect password. You will not be able to login to the website as long as your
account is locked out so please contact us
in order to unlock your account.
